Framing

Please note that the total size of this piece is too large to use glass in the framing process; the large panel of glass required for the frame could break during shipping. The poster is instead finished with non-glare acrylic glazing, which protects the image while minimizing glare and reflection and allowing the piece to be viewed clearly from all angles.

Framed orders are usually shipped via Federal Express.

Your artwork will be handled with as much care as possible and will be shipped to you well wrapped and protected. Framed prints ship in a custom box designed by our framing distributor; the frame is fitted with corner protectors, the moulding is protected by plastic wrap, and the entire framed print is securely fastened with strapping. If your item arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your Timeplot for any reason, please let us know. We will refund your money (excluding shipping costs) or replace your product with no questions asked within 30 days of your purchase. Customers requesting a refund or replacement must send back the print to us in its original packaging; your account will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the original.
