Orders are processed within 1-3 days and then shipped via UPS. Prints are mailed in secure heavy-duty 36″x3″ tubes. International shipments ship USPS First-Class International Parcel.

Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your Timeplot for any reason, please let us know. We will refund your money (excluding shipping costs) or replace your product with no questions asked within 30 days of your purchase. Customers requesting a refund or replacement must send back the print to us in its original packaging; your account will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the original.
